the guitarwrist was founded by music industry executive, Ian Rendall, who has over 20 years experience in music and brands working with established and emerging artists. It was while he was working with various strings manufacturers that he came up with the guitarwrist initiative which has three main aims
- reduce the amount of strings metal that ends up in landfill
- raise money for great causes and charities
- give fans an amazing momento of their favourite artists that has both a physical and emotional connection.
As well as the Artist Range for jewellery we have collection points around the world at venues, recording studios and guitar shops where guitarists give us their strings. We then turn these into cool items of jewellery. They’re still the same high quality products but priced lower as you don’t know who’s strings they belonged too… but you may have someone famous’ strings
